Terms / public website
Applies from: 2026-10-12
Acceptance
These conditions govern access to Linkvly’s informational website. Use the site only if you accept them. A future hosted profile or account may require a separate agreement.
Release status
Linkvly is in preparation for early access. The page layout and described capabilities are illustrative plans, not a delivery schedule or contractual feature list.
Requesting access sends an enquiry. It does not provision an account, guarantee a handle, create a payment obligation, or establish a service-level commitment.
Permitted use
Reading and linking to public pages is permitted. Unauthorized access attempts, deliberate service disruption, malicious submissions, deceptive impersonation, and unlawful use are prohibited. We may block access used for those activities.
You must have the right to send any material included in an enquiry. Do not include credentials, secrets, or third-party personal information that is unnecessary for a reply.
Ownership
The original Linkvly site content and visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership transfers through browsing. Material you submit remains yours; permission to handle it is limited to responding and evaluating the request.
The developer profile is fictional. Its route labels do not refer to hosted code or live broadcasts, and their display provides no license to outside material.
Limitations
Public information is provided as available. Availability, completeness, and suitability for a specific purpose are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent lawful, liability for indirect or consequential loss from use of these pages is excluded.
Non-excludable legal duties and consumer protections remain intact. Linkvly does not control independent sites reached through short links; those destinations may impose their own conditions.
Changes & contact
Future use is governed by the version published at that time. For a concern, clarification, or alleged misuse, write to hello@linkvly.com. The privacy record describes handling of that correspondence.
